What is the Best Haircut for my Body Type?
Generally speaking, women rarely gather information prior to changing their hairstyles and even though some do check out the suggestions for their face shapes, there aren’t that many who do some research on the hairstyles that fit their body type.Trends increases for perfect hairstyles. Out of the two, I would say that the shape of your face is the truly important one, but that doesn’t mean the type of your body doesn’t make a difference, as it does, but you won’t be able to notice it like the others. The way your shoulders look and the type of your body may at times be crucial for picking the best hairstyle for you.
Not all the haircuts will look equally good on tall and petite women. You will probably find the next paragraph helpful if you know the type of your body. But you {cannot|can't|could not} make wrong choice by making short chopy haircuts. It’s not hard to check which type is your body in case you don’t know already. Here are a few fine examples I have found online. Say you are really slim or want to appear slimmer; you should have one of the short asymmetric hairstyles. It is also said that long hair, preferably with less volume, elongates the figure and that therefore those hairstyles are just perfect for apple-shaped women.
Pear-shaped gals will look great with more voluminous hairstyles and long hair. Athletic and, especially, tall women should stay far away from extremely short haircuts as those will almost never work out for them. Some people think that tall and athletic women can handle every hairstyle, but I don’t think that is true.
Another example would be petite women – short hairstyles seem to work better for them, while many think they were born for gentle wavy and medium hairstyles. Many different sources on the internet will surely tell you different things about this, as I am guessing there are always exceptions to everything. My suggestion would be to try wearing a wig if you’re about to do something drastic, use a large mirror that can show you the whole figure and see for yourself or ask for other’s opinion – professional opinions are usually the most helpful ones. I personally like to have a peak of what I might end up looking like.
